EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At Kapten we invest a great deal of time perfecting our products and skipper a tight ship for quality control. We strive to provide transparent, detailed information and photos for all of our creations to enable you to make the most befitting selection. Consequently, we will only provide an exchange of goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Should this occur, we require you to notify us
via email as soon as possible (within 7 days),
specifying the fault with accompanied photo/s.
Upon receipt, we can assess and then discuss
with you the most viable resolution.
Please note depending on the product options will vary,
but we will happily either repair, exchange for the same item (where possible) or provide a credit note.
